"Gilbert’s is always a fun stop when you are entering or leaving the Keys! The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and the first floor rooms with decks are always a bonus. The drinks are pretty good but restaurant leaves a lot to be desired so I would stick with the basics. "

"Our first experience in a villa - we found it to be roomy, very clean. Kitchen was superior cookware was like new - washer and dryer was a big plus. The many Switches to operate the fan/lights/porch lights were marked making it easy. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs - lots of pool towels. Not one negative about the whole experience. Staff was always helpful, available and cheerful I would highly recommend this property THANK YOU"

"The overall resort was beautiful and serene with gorgeous pool, dolphins frolicking on the waterfront and access to the standup paddleboards was a plus. The only downside was our unit in the airstream. The bed was rockhard and the design was a bit disfunctional with a little kitchen area equipped with microwave, coffeepot, etc, but no sink. There were some insects inside the unit as well. Would come back to stay in one of the other units next time!"
